I completed my International Harp Therapy Program (IHTP) qualification as a Certified Therapeutic Musician (Harp Therapy) in December 2025.  I now play therapeutic harp music at Cabrini Malvern to assist and comfort patients, family members and staff in the palliative care unit.  I have a long history as a musician and music is very important to me.  I have chosen, arranged and led music as a professional church worship leader for many years and have played for private and civic events like parties, community events and Carols nights.  I can sing and play lever harps and autoharps and can now offer healing therapeutic music, by using the insights and techniques learnt in the International Harp Therapy Program.

Having experienced the healing power of harp and autoharp music myself during my immunotherapy and recovery from bladder cancert treatment in 2013-2014, I can now share therapeutic music care for patients, their family, friends and the hospital staff.
